Okay, Here's Why I Actually Built This Course
I'll be real with you, I didn't start out thinking 'I'm going to build a course for realtors.' That wasn't the plan.
But I kept seeing the same thing happen, over and over, with realtors specifically. And eventually I couldn't not do something about it.

What I Kept Seeing
I work in marketing. And through that work, I kept running into realtors who were genuinely great at their jobs, like, really good, clients loved them, but completely stuck when it came to marketing themselves consistently.
And they all said basically the same thing: 'I know I need to do this. I just never have time when I'm busy, and when I'm not busy I'm too stressed out to think straight.'
I heard that so many times that I started paying closer attention. And what I noticed was that it wasn't a willpower thing or a laziness thing, it was a structure thing. The way marketing is usually taught assumes you have hours to spare every week and maybe a team to help you. Realtors have neither of those things.
These weren't people who didn't care. These were people who'd been handed tools that were built for someone else's life.
The Part That Really Got to Me
Here's what really stuck with me. I'd watch a realtor build a little momentum, posting regularly, getting some engagement, people starting to notice them, and then they'd go quiet for two months because they were deep in transactions.
And I'd think about all the people who saw those first few posts, thought 'oh she seems great, I should remember her,' and then... just didn't. Because out of sight, out of mind. It's not mean, it's just how it works.
Referrals were going to other realtors, not because those other realtors were better, but because they'd figured out how to stay visible even when they were slammed with clients.
And that felt genuinely unfair. So I decided to figure out how to fix it.
