1 You choose your payment option and you're in
Pick the option that works for you, pay, and you're in. I'll send your intake form within 24 hours and we get started from there.
2 You fill out the intake form - this is the most important thing you do
Your answers become the blueprint for everything I build. The better your intake, the better your system. I'll send it as soon as you're in.
3 I build - you review, approve, and move on
We work async. I build in your tools, send things your way for review, and move forward once you've signed off. Monthly milestone check-ins keep us aligned without eating your calendar.
4 Everything gets fully documented as we build
Every process gets documented with step-by-step written instructions and video walkthroughs. Whether you're running it yourself or handing it to a VA down the track, nothing lives only in someone's head - and nothing depends on memory.
5 We close it out clean - and you're on your way
Month 3 ends with a handoff call. You walk away knowing exactly what you have, how to use it, and what to do each month going forward. I step back. You run it.

Yes, if you run a service-based business that lives and dies by relationships and referrals, this system was built for you. Coaches, consultants, photographers, mortgage brokers - all fair game.

Less than you'd think. You'll spend meaningful time on the intake form at the start - that's the most important part. After that it's reviewing deliverables, a monthly milestone check-in, and showing up for the final handoff call. In Month 2 you'll run your first monthly marketing session - designed to take 30–60 minutes. That's largely it.

Every template we build and customize during the 90 days is yours to keep. You'll also have access to ongoing monthly content templates after we wrap up - totally your call whether you continue with that or not. Either way, you're not left starting from scratch.

Good - that's actually a head start. Here's the thing: a lot of people have a beautiful brand sitting in a PDF somewhere, completely underused. We take that brand bible, pull everything out of it, and actually put it to work. Your colours, your fonts, your voice, your positioning - all of it gets baked into the system from day one. You'll finally feel like you got your money's worth out of it.
