Everpresent Marketing is operated by Catherine Worrick, based in Ontario, Canada. We provide marketing education and done-for-you marketing services for realtors and entrepreneurs.

Information you provide directly:

  • Name, email address, phone number, and business details provided when purchasing a service or completing an intake form

  • Content and materials you share with us during a service engagement (brand assets, social media logins, existing content)

  • Communications you send us via email or WhatsApp

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic website analytics (page visits, general location, device type) via tools like Google Analytics if enabled

  • Payment information processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your card details

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Deliver the services you have purchased

  • Communicate with you about your service engagement

  • Send you emails you have opted into (newsletters, course updates, marketing content)

  • Process payments via Stripe

  • Improve our services and content

  • Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Ever.

4. Email Marketing

If you join our email list - through a purchase, a free resource, or direct sign-up - you will receive emails from Everpresent Marketing. Every email includes an unsubscribe link. You can opt out at any time and we will remove you promptly.

Purchasing a service automatically adds you to our client email list. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails while still receiving service-related communications.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

  • Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data.

  • Google Forms / Google Workspace — intake forms and communication. Google's privacy policy applies.

  • WhatsApp Business — client communication. Meta's privacy policy applies.

  • Canva — template delivery. Canva's privacy policy applies.

  • Email platform (Flodesk, Kit, or similar) — email list management. The relevant platform's privacy policy applies.

We choose reputable service providers and only share the minimum information necessary for them to perform their function.

6. Data Storage & Security

Your information is stored securely using industry-standard tools and practices. We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.

As a Canadian business, we comply with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

7. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver services, maintain our records, and comply with legal obligations. Client files and communications are typically retained for 3 years after the conclusion of a service engagement.

You may request deletion of your data at any time (see Section 9).

8. Cookies

Our website may use basic cookies for analytics purposes. These cookies do not contain personal information and are used only to understand how visitors interact with our site in aggregate. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

9. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:

  • Request correction of inaccurate information

  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal retention requirements)

  • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time

Our services are intended for adults operating businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18.
