Please read these terms carefully before purchasing. By completing payment for The 90 Day Marketing Machine, you agree to the terms outlined below. If you have questions before purchasing, email hello@worrick.co.

1. The Service

The 90 Day Marketing Machine is a done-for-you marketing system build delivered by Catherine Worrick of Everpresent Marketing. The service includes brand positioning, social profile optimization, content calendar setup, email sequence writing, referral system setup, content templates, full SOPs and system instructions, monthly milestone check-ins, and a final handoff call — as described on the sales page at the time of purchase.

All work is delivered asynchronously over a 90-day period. Communication is conducted via WhatsApp with a 48-business-hour response window.

2. Payment

The 90 Day Marketing Machine is available at two price points:

  • Pay in Full: $997 CAD, charged as a single one-time payment at the time of purchase.

  • Monthly Plan: $97 CAD/month for 12 months ($1,164 CAD total), charged automatically via Stripe on a recurring monthly basis beginning at the time of purchase.

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes may apply depending on your province of residence.

3. Non-Refundable First Payment

The first payment — whether $997 (pay in full) or $97 (first month of the monthly plan) — is non-refundable. This payment secures your spot in the current cohort and takes that spot off the market for other clients.

For monthly plan clients: if you choose to cancel after your first payment and before the work has begun, the first payment will not be refunded. Cancellations after the work has begun are not eligible for any refund.

4. Monthly Plan — Ongoing Payments

Monthly plan payments are collected automatically via Stripe on the same date each month for 12 months. It is your responsibility to ensure your payment method remains valid throughout the payment period.

If a monthly payment fails, access to any ongoing resources (including content templates) will be paused until the outstanding payment is resolved. Everpresent Marketing reserves the right to suspend service if two or more consecutive payments fail.

The monthly plan may be cancelled after the 90-day service period is complete. It cannot be cancelled during the active 90-day build without forfeiting the first payment.

5. Client Responsibilities

To receive the full benefit of this service, you agree to:

  • Complete and return the intake questionnaire within 5 days of purchase

  • Provide access to relevant tools and accounts as requested

  • Review and respond to deliverables within 3 business days

  • Show up for monthly milestone check-ins

  • Attend the final handoff call

Everpresent Marketing is not responsible for delays caused by late intake forms, slow review turnaround, or failure to provide requested access. The 90-day timeline does not pause for client delays.

6. Intellectual Property

All work delivered as part of this service — including brand positioning documents, email sequences, content templates, and SOPs — becomes your property upon completion of payment in full.

For monthly plan clients, ownership of deliverables transfers upon completion of all 12 payments. During the payment period, deliverables are licensed for your use but remain the property of Everpresent Marketing until the final payment is made.

Everpresent Marketing retains the right to reference the engagement (without identifying details) for portfolio and marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Results Disclaimer

Everpresent Marketing will build a complete marketing system for your business as described. However, we make no guarantees regarding specific business outcomes, revenue increases, follower growth, or lead generation. Marketing results depend on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, your industry, and your own follow-through in using the system after handoff.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any sensitive business information shared during the engagement. Everpresent Marketing will not share your business information, client details, or proprietary materials with any third party without your consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Everpresent Marketing's total liability under these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service or the marketing system built.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.

11. Changes to These Terms

Everpresent Marketing reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
